Logistics Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
• Manage and coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and align logistics operations with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Lead and mentor the logistics team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of productivity and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control measures throughout the logistics process.
• Technology adoption, and continuous improvement to streamline logistics operations.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining logistics performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness in logistics operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience of at least [2] years in logistics management, with a strong track record of optimizing supply chain operations.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in logistics software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent English communication
