หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Reach customers who reached us from any contact channels Profiling them for record in the system and interview them for their requirements Keep recording the transaction of customer action and payment Search for candidate’s data in the system to match them up Post job requirement online attracting more qualified nannies for some detailed cases Arrange interview appointments Find the matches. Keep in touch with customers for feedbacks and ask for testimonials Creating a personal report every week to the Manager about the sales progress and performance Being patience and polite to both customers and nannies Creating a personal report every week to the Manager about the sales progress and performance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Degree in BBA or BA in any related fields Graduates are welcome Proficiency in Thai and English language Excellent communication skills, confidence Negotiation Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Computer literacy, experience working with sales program, CRM programs, etc. Ability to generate sales report Ability to work in a small team Have a good mindset and attitude
