หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Customer satisfaction supervisor. •Guide and direct sale team towards achieving operational goals •Ensure that sale team has excellent communication, problem solving and professional phone et-iquette skills for achieving customer satisfaction •Provide supervision and technical assistance to sale team to attain departmental and organiza-tional goals. •Determine work procedures, work schedules, and workflow for sale team •Monitor business and process metrics to measure and manage sale team effectiveness •Educate customers about organization’s products or services •Maintain communication with customers via emails, phone calls, mails, etc •Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.

• Good communication in english Good Excel skill Able to work under pressure Good problem solving Experience in customer service will be an advantage
