หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Warmly greet incoming & departing guests of The Forestias. • Ensure a pleasant, memorable visit for all guests of the Forest Pavilion • Provide excellent service and assistance and ensure a pleasant, memorable visit of all guest and escorting for a residential unit preview and provide product information. • Respond to inquiries about the overall concept & guests along interactive exhibits. • Operate & run multiple show the elements throughout the Forest Pavilion. • Deliver world-class service excellence according to The Forestias standards. • Work closely with our marketing team to help enhance guests’ experience. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in hospitality or equivalent practical experience. • Good command of English & Thai • Good command of any third language (Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese and etc) is advantage. • Pleasant personality with a strong service mind & a can-do attitude. • Proven ability to facilitate team, motivate others, communicate complex ideas clearly & work collaboratively. • Perform any other duties that may be required from time to time. • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. • New graduates are welcome to apply
