หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Facilitation of Import/Export shipments • Liaising with shipping lines, co-loaders, airlines and transport carriers • Providing clients with exceptional customer service • Import/Export Document Processing and Creation • Sea and Air Cargo Reporting • Arranging & checking documentation • Coordinating import Customs clearance with the Customs broker • Coordinating empty container dehire • Issuing pre-alerts • Shipment tracking • Checking & approving creditor invoices • Issuing debtor invoices • Updating all infomration in tracking system • Run report regularily from tracking system and send it to management • Crosstrade trade shipment management • Rate negoiation • Quotation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • At least 1 year relevant experiences • Able to work independently with minimal supervisory • Strong excel and computer skill • Good inter-personal and communication skill • Collaborate and flexible • Thai plus English or Mandarin language are fundemental , all three will be a plus
