Offline Marketing Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the creation, installation, and maintenance of POS materials at all branches to ensure brand consistency and timely updates.
• Manage digital signage in-store to promote cooking skills, brand values, seasonal promotions, and new menu launches.
• Execute ad-hoc promotions and activities in coordination with operations and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with landlords to identify co-marketing opportunities and ensure visibility within their properties (e.g., malls and office spaces).
• Coordinate mall activities and pop-up stores, ensuring smooth setup and brand alignment.
• Manage the marketing aspect of new shop launches, including developing launch plans, arranging POSM materials, and engaging local customers.
• Co-Campaigns & Cross-Promotions
• Develop and maintain relationships with mall management teams and landlords to gain access to promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate with local media outlets to secure coverage for events, promotions, and new store openings.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new product offerings (NPD) based on customer insights gathered through surveys and social listening.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3-5 years of experience in offline or event marketing, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
• Strong understanding of mall promotions, landlord collaboration, and POS materials management.
• Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills to handle ad-hoc promotions and new store launches.
• Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with landlords, partners, and media.
• Experience in organizing VIP events and liaising with investors or key stakeholders is a plus
