• Job Description - Technical support/ POC for our product (Enterprise mobility management solution)* - Product deployment support in customer environment - Training EMM solution to customer - Testing and evaluate new technology (Especially system integration with EMM solution) - Customer technical support - Support for telco customer - Internal networking system management - Internal networking trouble shooting

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirement • Proficient in English (internal and business partner use) • Bachelor degree in IT field • Able to listen customer requirement and support customer carefully and patiently. • Have an experience in IT Support and Presale 2 years More • If have experience in Mobile Device Management is preferable • Have IT networking skill
