Sales Team Support:



Assist the General Manager in formulating sales strategies and plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Monitor the sales team's performance, track sales metrics, and provide reports and analysis to the General Manager.

Coordinate communication and collaboration between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Business Development:



Participate in market research and analysis, gather competitive intelligence, and provide data support for sales strategies.

Identify new sales opportunities and business areas, contributing insights and suggestions for company growth and expansion.

Translation Support:



Provide interpretation and translation services between Chinese and Thai languages, assisting the company in business communication and negotiations.

Translate company documents, contracts, reports, and other relevant materials to ensure accurate information delivery.

Act as an interpreter in meetings and events, assisting in resolving cross-language communication issues.

Customer Relationship Management:



Assist in handling communication with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues and complaints.

Maintain good relationships with key customers to promote business cooperation and customer satisfaction.

Meeting Organization and Recording:



Assist the General Manager in organizing sales team meetings and other gatherings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on implementation plans.



Coordination and Communication:



Under the guidance of the General Manager, coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external partners.

General Manager Support:



Provide daily administrative and business support to the General Manager, assisting in matters related to sales activities.

This assistant position requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, market analysis capabilities, as well as proficiency in multiple languages for translation. It plays a crucial role in the company's business development and the achievement of sales objectives.
