Senior - Manager Marketing

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Roles & Responsibilities: ㆍ Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. ㆍ Plan, develop and implement strategic marketing activities both online and offline activities (including digital and new media channels) ㆍWork and coordinate with advertising agencies, Sole agent consultant for all projects ㆍEstablish and leverage external partnerships (banks, media outlets, retail partners) in order to enhance corporate objectives (sales, awareness, media exposure, etc.) ㆍMonitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables. ㆍUpdating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns ㆍAble to work upcountry occasionally. ㆍOther duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications ㆍBachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or relevant field. ㆍ5-10 years experiences in property & real estate, previous business development role a plus. ㆍAbility to communicate effectively in English ㆍExtensive skills of MS Office. ㆍHaving a drive and strong commitment, being open-minded and flexible. ㆍThink creatively and innovatively ㆍAble to navigate through uncertainties and work under pressure. ㆍCan drive a Car and have driving license.
