Sales Manager (Hotel Business)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Achieve sales annual target
• Monthly sales strategic plan.
• Creating promotions.
• Approach new business corporate accounts.
• Maintain existing accounts.
• Weekly Cold call and sales call visit clients.
• Sales call report.
• Creating quotation.
• Creating booking.
• Coordinate with reservation team, restaurants, meeting room, GolfClub, marketing team and outside suppliers.
• On-site at property when having group or inspection.
• ISO evaluation.
• Sales team staffs’ evaluation.
• Report sales monthly/ yearly production to GM and CEO.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Be able to drive a car to work in provincial and having a driver's license
• University graduate preferable in Hotel Management or related field
• 5-10 years of experiences in the same position or sales department in the other standard hotel
• Solid in developing sales strategies
• Possess strong communication, organization and relationship skills
• Commercial Mindset
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Computer Literacy: Microsoft, Google or any revenue software
