Resident Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assisting the General Manager to run the hotel
• Setting a good example of service excellence to those under his authority
• Training staff to meet service standard requirements
• Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly hotel reports
• Dealing with potential security problems and safety hazards
• Resolving on-site issues at the hotel relating to guests, employees or the property

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree or higher in hospitality or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in hotel job, and/or at least 3 years as resident manager
• Deep affection in customer servicing and have positive thinking
• Good interpersonal skill
• Computer literacy: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point). Able to use Comanche is a plus
• Good English communication, both verbal and written
• Able to work on site at Toscana Valley, Pak Chong, Nakorn-Ratchasima, 6 days/week
• Have driving license and own vehicle
