Financial Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Review and monitor the effective finance operation
• Monitor and manage cash flow and funding activities from external leasing company
• Develop the professional credit team with effective credit analysis and risk management skills to determine credit positions of both current and new customers as well as foresee the bad dept possibility
• Develop and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all relevant tax, credit note and other financial information are submitted to the accounting team timely and accurately • Prepare monthly report and analysis to the top management as well as suggest related resolution and collaborative idea

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration • 5+ years of experience in managerial level for Credit & Collection or Corporate Finance
• Work experience in Real Estate will be an advantage
• Familiar with financial regulations and requirements
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Financial Accounting
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills in both Thai and English
• Supportive with leadership and team-work skills
