• Job Description Sales Manager/Sales & Marketing Manager Experience in business to business Product lighting รายละเอียดงาน Sales Manager Position (Product Lighting products) Job description - Develop sales strategy for to drive sales growth. - Identified and analyzed customer goals then provide solutions to achieve customer objectives. - Establish and strengthen the positive relationship with existing customers supported by a long-term business plan. - Helped in resolving critical issues related to sales and escalated important matters to upper management. - Potential of leadership; proactive, responsible, prioritization. - Develop export marketing plans and strategies and explore new market opportunities. - Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecast. - Monitor customer invoices and payment. - Weekly, Monthly, and other reporting. - Any other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Have experience in product sales, Lighting would be advantage - Male or Female at 30 - 45 years old - At least 5 years’ experience in B2B, Technical Sales is a plus - Potential of leadership; proactive, responsible, prioritization - Strong profile in driving sales growth or new client recruitment - Good command of written and spoken English - Strong market analysis and business development skills - Good team player with collaboration skill ob Highlights - Welcome new graduated - Positive thinking and “Can Do” Attitude. - Salary + High commission
