• **Job Purpose** The club manager is a title that is selectively given to individual in charge of managing overall academic and social club operations. The club manager is mainly responsible for - overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club in an effort to provide a finest experience for our hand-picked alchemy of like-minded people who share the similar passion and wisdom. - staffing the clubs, overseeing members’ activities, and ensuring that the club is in compliance with the landlord and all government regulations. This position reports directly to GM. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ** Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of club operations – plan, manage and execute • Establish sales objectives and assist GM in the creation of event, marketing plans and budgets • Maintain number of current and new membership as per agreed target • Create and maintain a positive image for the facility • Establish and maintain positive relationships with members, vendors, staff, and other partners • Align with HR to recruit, interview, and hire a team of staff, including assistant manager, receptionists, wait staffs, bartenders, and etc. • Maintain an accurate record of all operating and financial results, such as revenue and cost of goods sold • Maintain legal compliance with landlord and all government regulations --------------------------------------------------------------------------

• **Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality management or related field of study from an accredited university is preferred • TOEIC score 600 up / IELTS 5.5 + • Solid computer skills including MS Office • Able to work in Shifts 9:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00/ 13:00-22:00 and flexibility in working hours, including weekends, holidays and late nights.
