• Job Descriptions: The Lead Mechanical Engineer (LME), appointed by or approved by EM or MD. The Lead Mechanical Engineer’s job description is concerned supervision of senior, junior engineers on mechanical system, and its uses. Lead Mechanical Engineer may evolved mechanical engineer functions who has both technical skill competence as well as the managerial skills to supervise a team of mechanical engineers and coordinate with other disciplines Qualifications: • Supervision and manage mechanical engineering related projects while ensuring their success in meeting their respective objectives. • Implement project budgets and monitor actual expenses to ensure they fall within budgets, • Meeting with clients to receive information and requirement of the projects. • Present engineering plans, progress status updates and situation of the project to Engineering Manager • Develop the conceptual design for mechanical system such as process flow diagram • Deal with mechanical suppliers. • Oversee construction of the power plant and related plants. • Act as consultants and advice their clients on the related technical question. Skills and Specifications: • Good Emotional Quotient • Good experience in any field development of design, specification, EPC contract or PPA contract of power plant projects • Excellent organization, supervisory, managerial and leadership skills to manage a team of mechanical engineers and technical staff • Good multitasking skills and can work under pressure • Good analytical and computational skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Must possess a certification license from the state Job Specification: Sex : Male or Female Age : Between 35 - 50 years old Education : Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience : Minimum 10 years experience in the power plant business Special ability : Good Emotional Quotient Language : Thai / English Other : Leadership skill
