Import-Export Customer Service supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Liaising with overseas agents on air and sea freight cargo movements • Receiving and registering bookings • Booking with airlines and shipping lines • Registering shipment/documents to pass to Operations team • Ensuring documents are received and correct for customs • Coordinating customer requirements • Following order progress from origin pick up through to delivery to consignee Handle import & export EDI Paperless, shipping and customs clearance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 3-5 years experience in operations and customer service within a freight forwarder preferably using EDI • Ability to multi task and meet deadlines • Exceptional communications skills • Advanced customer service skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure • Excellent ability to problem solve • Strong team player • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel • Sound knowledge of the shipping industry
