หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join us as a General Manager. In this role, you will be responsible ● Troubleshooting and problem-solving. ● Managing internal handovers (IHO) and handovers (HO) with clients. ● Creating and managing budgets. ● Evaluating performance and productivity. ● Analyzing accounting and financial data. ● Generating reports and giving presentations to the board of directors. ● Demonstrating proficiency in renewable energy solutions and related technology. ● Encouraging continuous improvement in one’s ability. for the day-to-day management and operation of the company, implementing the company's strategic plan, managing the company's resources, and establishing policies to promote the company's culture and vision. Key Responsibilities: ● Overseeing daily business operations and ensuring they are efficient and effective. ● Ensuring all staff members work in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the company; complying with all Thailand legal liabilities. ● Developing and implementing growth strategies. ● Managing key client relationships. ● Selling our solutions and services to key accounts to achieve revenue targets. ● Coordinating site meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, and coordinating with clients, vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA. ● A minimum of 10-15 years of corporate managerial experience. ● Proven experience as a General Manager or in other managerial position. ● Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. ● Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc. ● In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices. ● An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. ● Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
