Architectural Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: -Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule. -Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between Architectural and ID Subcontractors during construction. -Assist in the receipt and review of Architectural and IDsubmittals. -Assist in the installation of Architectural and ID work. -Direct, monitor and control the activities of Architectural and ID Subcontractor. -Coordination and administration of Architectural and ID related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals. -Liaison with Consultant Architectural and ID supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff. -Ensure that Architectural and ID Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records. -Ensure that Architectural and ID Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations. -Assist in the testing and commissioning of Architectural and ID equipment.

• REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS : -Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Structural. -Working knowledge of construction Hotel or Condominium. -5 years of construction experience with working knowledge of ID construction procedures and practices -Computer literate, Auto CAD -Possess excellent communication and organizational skills -The ability to diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided drafting. -Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills. -A Professional Egineer license. -Good command of English
