• Development and maintenance of technical diagrams and plans for office space. Ensuring uninterrupted operation of technical equipment and systems in the office. Project management for the modernization and upgrade of office communications. Providing support to employees on technical issues and resolving glitches. Maintaining an archive of office documentation. Interaction with suppliers of technical services and equipment. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on work performed. Communication and gathering general information from contractors. Performing other duties as per the company's needs.
