Service Manager / Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Manage team member and resource allocation and assignment
•  Estimate and provide service MA & implementation cost to sales
•  Responsible for HW, Database, and Infrastructure project management o Create project plan for any hardware and software implementation o Manage project as schedule planned o Coordinate with partner or team member to complete project o Tracking project progression and update status to participants
•  Responsible for Team Leader for HW implementation o Provide solution consultant in technical to sale / presale o Assign tasks or jobs to team member for implementation or solving problem o Design and planning system configuration for server, storage and etc transfer to engineer to implementation
•  Responsible for AIX, IBM Power Systems, VMWare , Nutanix and Veeam/Nakivo technical support o Setup and configure IBM Power partitioning, VMWare ESXi, vCenter, and AHV , Prism o Configure Virtual I/O Server on IBM Power System technology o AIX, Linux Redhat and SUSE OS Installation and apply patch o Backup and recovery system by using OS tools and Veeam/Nakivo o Performance monitoring and tuning o Migrating system from old machine to new machine or migrate OS version on the same machine o Creating and modifying shell scripts o Configure IBM Systems Storage (Flashsystem 7000 , 5000) o Configure Lenovo System Storage (DE6000 , 4000 series) o SAN Switch setup and zoning o Support incident for IBM spectrum protect (TSM) backup software o Create preventive maintenance document about system performance and health status checking on customer’s systems o Problem solving & troubleshooting on any customer’s problem

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai Nationality
• • Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT related fields
• • At least 5 years experience in hardware, software, OS and backup application implementation
• • Having experience in Project Management for IT Infrastructure Implementation is a plus
• • Knowledge of IBM Power Server (Unix AIX , PowerHA , PowerVM) and IBM SAN Storage implementation is a plus
• • Or having knowledge in VMWare, vSAN / Nutanix AHV, Veeam Backup , Nakivo Backup
• • Or having knowledge in Linux (Redhat/SUSE)
• • Or having knowledge in MS Exchange / M365, Microsoft Windows Server & Active Directory
• • Or having knowledge in Cloud Service (IaaS).
• • Good problem solving and analytical skills, project follow up and report progress
• • Ability to work in a team environment , Strong senses of customer service and team spirit
• • Good English Skill (Reading and Writing)
