• Job Responsibility - Procure all the goods, services and work that is vital to an organization from the appropriated vendor/maker who give us he good quality, good service and good price. - Multi-commodity assignment. - Strategic sourcing, transactional procurement and supplier management. - Negotiate terms and conditions, long-term contracts and cost to reduce Expenditures and achieve the best total cost value. - Convert purchase requisition to purchase order and expediting goods/service until arrive in microchip Thailand. - Analyzes and perform necessary due-diligence to add new suppliers to master vendor list. - Continuous Improvement efforts in the area of quality, price, delivery, cycle time, etc. - Reporting responsibilities; monthly reports and action purchasing item goals - Maintenance of purchase order files, supplier files and quality records. - Some travel may be required. - Performs related to work as required. Qualifications - BA in any field. - 0-2 years purchasing experience required. - Excellent time management is a necessity. - Have a good oral and written communication skills. - Be numerate and computer literate.
