หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Job Responsibilities 1.1.Departmental Planning and Development 1.1.1.Participate in I.S. project backlog prioritization 1.2.Participate in Software Development Efforts 1.2.1.Analyis and document end-user requirements 1.2.2.Work with the technical development team compile business requirements into development specifications. 1.2.3.Coordination with end-users and technical teams (both internal and external) 1.2.4.Participate in the development and deliver of prototyping with end-users 1.2.5.The ability to work with off-site teams in divergent time zones and travel if necessary 1.3.Documentation 1.3.1.Particpate in the development of project charters 1.3.2.Develop and maintain project functional specs 1.4.End-user Training 1.4.1.Develop and deliver end-user training in conjunction with the software development team and the end-users Bachelor degree in computer related field Minimum of 3 – 5 years of business process analysis Demonstrate an ability to work small technical teams and small system development The ability to work well with both technical and non-technical people Demonstrate an ability to solve the problem, decision making, and escalation if neccessary Demonstrate an ability to understand profit and loss in job responsibilities Demonstrate an ability to contributing team to success The ability to speak, read, and writing English at a level that will support these job responsibilities and job tasks Demonstrate an ability to continuous learning/ improvement Demonstrate an ability to organize job assignment to meet commitment with acceptable quality level
