HR Training supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Ensure that manufacturing training operation follows company policies and certification requirements. 2. Plan training budget and ensure that the incurred expenses are in line with the approved budget. 3. Formulate and review policies related to employee development and communicate with the concerned parties. 4. Responsible for customer and certification audits related to training & employee development. 5. Develop training courses and training materials to support business requirements. 6. Develop, coach, and support team to ensure that they can achieve objectives as desired. 7. Coordinate with concerned parties to drive for the achievement objectives about employee development.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. 2. At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing training and/ or certification training in electronic or automotive industries. 3. At least 2 years working experience in team management. 4. Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiar with IATF16949 certification. 5. Good command in English communication. 6. Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) 7. Good personality and human relations. 8. Able to work in Chachoengsao area.
