Training & Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Overseeing employee development program including the continuous improvement program and ensure its effectiveness. 2. Ensure that training operation follows company policies and certification requirements. 3. Develop training budget and ensure that the expenses are in line with the approved budget. 4. Formulate and review policies related to employee development and communicate with the concerned parties. 5. Responsible for customer and certification audits related to training & employee development. 6. Develop training courses and training materials to support business requirements. 7. Develop, coach, and support team to ensure that they can achieve objectives as desired. 8. Coordinate with concerned parties to drive for the achievement objectives about employee development.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. 2. At least 8 years working experience in training and development. 3. At least 5 years working experience in managing a team. 4. Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage. 5. Good command in English communication. 6. Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point) 7. Good personality and human relations.
