หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Perform order scheduling per supply pull point and customer request date. Ensure on-time delivery performance for customer orders meet company target. Monitors and cleans up RMA, Retest, and Partial at scan. Control work in process pipeline inventory at requirement level. To manage the FGSD to align demand due date. CO-work with manufacturing to make improvement. Daily response to all concerns for SO requests or specials requirement. Daily check and monitor the correct location for customer orders. Daily monitor and expedite WIP to support test plan and backlog. Monitor delivery performance (OCD: Original Commit Date, and PDD: Plan Delivery Date), On Time Delivery to customer orders, and measure how well factory responses to the commitments. Analysis missed OCD and provides appropriate root cause. CO-ordinate/Communicate to all concerns for any cases related to backlog. Performance related to work as required. Review and improve Unsupported CRD/ LTC/ LTO order to satisfy customer. Quarterly focus backlog and take appropriates action to meet revenue target.

• B.A./B.S. and at least 0- 2 years experiences in related field. Able to operate personal computer: Microsoft excel, word, access. Good command of English. Capable to communicate in English. Able to operate personal computer: Microsoft excel, word, access. Teamwork attitude.
