หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Responsibilities
• 1. Provide necessary support to help achieve company goals in product quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• 2. Design the assembly process to fulfil the new requirements. Tasks 1. Provide guidance and training to engineers, technicians and production. 2. Helps to lay out and implement the continuous improvement plan to enhance assembly yield, quality and productivity and to reduce cost.
• 3. Maintain and enhance the existing process and equipment to optimize the machine performance and production efficiency.
• 4. Introduce and develop the best equipment, process and methodology for Microchip in-house assembly in Thailand.
• 5. Develop and implement SPC, process monitor and IQC to optimize process and product quality.
• 6. Performs and develops the responsible space and procedure for assembly process.
• 7. Performs related to work as required.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. BS Electronics or Related fields
• 2. 5-10 Year Experience in IC assembly engineering is advantage.
• 3. Good communication skills in Thai and English.
• 4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• 5. Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• 6. Good at logical and analytical thinking as well as having a can-do attitude.
• 7. Able to work in Chachoengsao area.
