หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Responsibilities 1. Handles petty cash, payment to vendors, VAT, cash flow projection. Tasks 1. Prepares petty cash payment and reimbursement for all employees. 2. Prepares payment for both local and overseas vendors through accounts payable system. 3. Reconcile and submit VAT to revenue Department. 4. Applies and follow up for VAT refund. 5. Deals with bank for US$ conversion to Thai baht and Forward contract. 6. Performs weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash flow estimate. 7. Reconcile and record all accounts payable (A/P local, overseas, subcontractor except A/P raw material and die purchase. 8. Reconcile bank account. 9. Record and reconcile all Interco A/C 10. Performs related to work as required. 11. Perform VAT & Withholding tax. 12. Perform Accrued and Prepaid expense include Maintenance contract.
