• Job Description & Responsibilities • Planning marketing strategy for All About You • Identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support marketing campaign creations • Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals • Develop and maintain digital campaigns to increase web traffic/store traffic/ other existing distribution channels • Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, and retention • Update market trends at all time, especially, beauty & digital trends • Research the beauty market to identify new opportunities • Generate innovative ideas to promote All About You brand and our product brands • Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans • Cooperate with other marketing functions, e.g. CRM, Digital, Content, to generate effective team and business outcome Job Requirements • Previous working experience as a Marketer in any field for at least 2 years • Finished Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or similar relevant field • In-depth knowledge of strategic planning, digital marketing, and branding • Familiarity with beauty market and digital media • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Creative thinker with data-driven analytical attitude • Industry: Health & Beauty Care • Job Function: Marketing / Public Relations > Brand / Product Management • Location: Buddhamonthon Sai 1 • Salary: THB25,000 - 40,000 /month (negotiable) • Employment Type: Full Time
