UX/UI Designer (Automotion Works)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and optimize the UX for core modules-task management, workflow orchestration, real-time monitoring, analytics dashboards, and admin tooling.
• Help create & govern a scalable design system (foundations, tokens, components, interaction patterns, documentation).
• Run UX audits of existing flows; remove friction, consolidate redundant steps, and surface "delights" that make heavy-duty software feel effortless.
• Translate live KPls (e.g. throughput, utilization, exception alerts) into actionable visualizations.
• Conduct contextual interviews and usability tests with power users, operators, and managers.
• Benchmark leading enterprise platforms; adapt proven patterns while preserving our premium, minimal aesthetic.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and design sprints to align stakeholders and drive concept generation.
• Produce low-and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready specs in Figma.
• Partner with engineers to ship pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces; iterate quickly on feedback and analytics.
• Document design rationale and maintain component libraries for continuous improvement.
• Champion design thinking in agile ceremonies; guide cross- functional teams toward user-centric decisions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in design, human-computer interaction or related felds-or an equivalent portfolio.
• 2+ years of design experience in SaaS products (logistics, fintech, ERP, or similar domains a plus).
• Mid-level experience in UX and UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your passion and skills in creating intentional designs.
• Experience building or evolving a design system and driving its adoption.
• Mastery of Figma (auto-layout, variables, components) and modern prototyping techniques.
• Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during various product phases.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, and UX research toolkit.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design rationale and concepts.
• Keen sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, with the ability to translate design best practices into meaningful user experiences.
• Data-driven approach--able to convert metrics and user insights into design choices.
• Proficient in Thai & English.
• Knowledge or experience in logistics, warehousing, or management are a plus.
