Senior Service Engineer (ช่างเครื่องมือแพทย์) 2 อัตรา

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage the workload of service engineers.
• Plan service assignments based on priority, ensuring a systematic workflow.
• Address customer issues, resolutions, concerns, and incidents, reporting them to technical support service manager.
• Inform customers about required repair services, provide cost estimates, and offer recommendations for preventative maintenance and service contracts.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Places orders and ensures the upkeep of sufficient supplies and parts for the inventory of the service department.
• Monitoring equipment performance to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
• Developing and implementing plans for installation, maintaining machine in good working order.
• Diagnosing equipment problems and determining the most effective solution for each situation.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in (Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical) engineering.
• At least 10 years experience in flied.
• Experience in Medical device is Must.
• Excellent Skills in Microsoft Office.
• Smart, Hard worker, Ability to work under stress.
• Strong customer service skills, to provide high-quality care and attention to details.
• Willing to travel anytime when required.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to handle complex problems and solve it.
• Flexible working hours.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to work both individually and in an established team setting.
