Lead ERP project, encompassing all aspects from gathering business requirements to implementing and customizing the ERP system.
Ensure seamless integration with other business applications and third-party software, monitor system performance, and provide regular reports to management for improvement opportunities.
Training sessions will be conducted to enhance end-user proficiency and maximize utilization of the ERP system.
Collaboration with department heads in identifying process improvement opportunities will be a key aspect of the role.
Responsible for developing and enforcing data security protocols, managing ERP vendors, negotiating contracts, and promptly resolving technical issues.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in ERP and business management solutions is essential.
Continuous improvement mindset and actively seek opportunities to optimize ERP functionality and enhance user experience.

Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Education, Engineering, Accounting, Business/Administration or related fields with at least 3 years of ERP (SAP B1 / Hana and etc) experience
At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience with proven track record in engaging with business stakeholders
Able to troubleshoot performance problems with SAP B1 software such as Web Integration, Crystal Reports, Data migration, DI API or any SAP B1 tools
Able to Customize Android/iOS Apps interface to SAP B1, coding SAP B1 Add-ons, UDT, UDF, UDO, Format Search in SAP B1, review output from testing included with SAP B1 modules
Using MS SQL server or SAP HANA database, query, Stored Procedures or SQL script
Team player with ability work with colleagues in a collaborative manner, being able to progress multiple tasks independently without close supervision, self-starter, strong problem solving
