Strategic Procurement Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Strategically and operationally develop purchasing budgets, forecasts, and allocations based on market trends in collaboration with Sales, Purchasing, and Controlling.
• Exercise control over purchasing costs and aid in the tracking and preparation of purchasing-related data.
• Coordinate monthly results with the controlling team, including measuring purchasing performance and developing countermeasures in case of non-achievement.
• Further evolve purchasing Key Performance Indicators and global reporting standards.
• Develop, implement, and ensure risk management processes.
• Create and update a comprehensive training and qualification concept for the global Purchasing department.
• Develop and implement global purchasing standards and ensure their adherence across different regions.
• Implement and train stakeholders on global IT-tools for purchasing activities.
• Strategically and operationally develop purchasing strategies.
• Lead change management projects and IT/process optimization projects within Purchasing.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, supply chain, or accounting with at least 3 years of purchasing experience, or business experience in manufacturing
• Strong data affinity and advanced level of MS Excel including developing pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and data manipulation
• Communicate well in English and advanced knowledge of SAP strongly preferred
• Proficiency in project management, strong financial cost analysis, market analysis, continuous improvement, problem-solving, time management, and process management skills
