Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend offers and assist in negotiations with candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience in utilizing recruiting software and social media for talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Competent in computer & social media and communicate in English or Japanese or Chinese.
