Planning Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the team to monitor, analyze, report, and collaborate with Sales for strategy development and execution.
• Provide data and analysis reports to support Sales and Marketing activities.
• Innovate to enhance Sales Activity & Performance, SOPs, and New Product & Service development (including system improvements).
• Prepare reports, presentation materials, and conduct training as needed.
• Assist in the creation of the Annual Business Plan and Sales Target Plan.
• Collaborate with related parties and Management on assigned tasks.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong team management abilities.
• Expertise in analyzing data related to sales performance, market conditions, and competitive status, including future forecasts.
• Well-honed logical, analytical, and creative thinking skills for product development and implementation.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, multitasking capabilities, and quick learning ability.
• Must have experience in Sales, Marketing, or strategic planning.
• Experience in process and IT system improvement is a plus.
• Proficiency in business-level English and advanced skills in Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, Basic formula), Word, and PowerPoint.
