Logistics & Supply Chain Manager (Urgently Required)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain management including raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage warehouse operations and ensure efficient in-and-out flow.
• Coordinate logistics operations: dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles.
• Organize and manage subordinate staff to meet organizational requirements efficiently.
• Lead the team's organizational structure and daily management.
• Supervise repair and maintenance activities for equipment, vehicles, cooling systems, and facilities.
• Track vehicle registrations and insurances, ensuring all documents are current and readily available.
• Oversee the flow of goods, including shipping, inventory management, and custom declaration processes (export and import).
• Resolve issues related to transportation, logistics systems, imports, exports, and customer concerns.
• Review and approve monthly timesheets and overtime sheets for drivers, and submit them to HR.
• Handle FDA licenses, liaising with the Department of Food and Drug Administration.
• Leverage the best options for Import-Export privileges under BOI policy.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the frozen products or food industry.
• Proficient with logistics and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager with a successful track record in distribution and logistics management.
