Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
Investigate and record quality non-conformances, lead root cause analysis, and support/trigger corrective actions with relevant departments.
Ensure all relevant safety regulatory requirements are met.
Report directly to the top and be an active member of management team.
Provide leadership to supervise the complexed team and collaborate closely with the relevant parties in overseas.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality, additional training or experience in Supplier Quality Assurance, TQM with at least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control with at least 5 years in a senior role at a multinational company.
Certified in quality or similar certification is an advantage and proven experience in leading a diverse team and forming a strong self-driven organization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels and fluently communicate both in Thai and English.
