Human Resources Manager (Urgently Required)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement local HR policies and systems and oversee employee performance management processes.
• Promote a pay-for-performance culture and ensure fair and competitive remuneration both internally and externally.
• Follow up on succession planning to maintain leadership/talent pipelines and support business growth through talent acquisition, onboarding, and development programs.
• Collaborate with functional managers on employee development and training initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, documentation, and retention with functional managers.
• Drive employee engagement and culture development for continuous improvement and change readiness.
• Enhance HR services to boost efficiency and employee experience as well as ensure HR activities comply with Thai legal requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields with over 10 years of HR management experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Manager in a factory setting.
• Learning aptitude, open attitude, and self-starter abilities and strong leadership and change management skills.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits management in the Thai market.
• Solid expertise in performance management, including setting and evaluating performance goals.
• Proficiency in coaching and advising managers on people-related issues.
• Experience in talent acquisition and succession planning.
• Capability to work with functional managers on training and development activities.
• Familiarity with labor law, labor relations, and payroll compliance in the Thai market.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work across different functions and with HR colleagues globally.
• Good command of Thai and English, both verbal and written.
