• Oversee procurement of raw materials to ensure quality and supply stability.
• Build and manage a high-performing purchasing team to enhance effectiveness.
• Drive strategies to optimize purchasing processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with outsourcing factories to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Stay informed on market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships for optimal procurement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Extensive knowledge of procurement processes for injection molding materials or automotive, electronics industries.
• Minimum 10 years of purchasing experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven leadership in managing procurement teams.
• Proficiency in Thai and English or Chinese for effective communication.
• Strong analytical, decision-making skills, and ability to work under pressure.
