• Lead recruitment efforts for a diverse array of roles within international manufacturing.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand specific hiring needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
• Travel to and liaise with offices in upcountry locations as needed.
• Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with our strategic objectives.
• Analyze market trends to ensure competitive compensation structures.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop cost-effective compensation and benefits strategies.
• Maintain compliance with local and international regulations.
• Use data analysis to drive decision-making and optimize programs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A minimum of 10 years experience in recruitment or Compensation & Benefits, specifically within the international manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in both Thai and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to work in upcountry environments.
• Strong proficiency in mathematics and data analysis.
