หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop strategic plans for the management and development of human resources.
• Coordinate and liaise with government agencies and other relevant organizations.
• Plan manpower requirements and oversee recruitment processes to align with the established strategy.
• Supervise the recruitment function, including the hiring of managerial-level employees.
• Create and update the organizational structure.
• Review and assess monthly reports.
• Establish key performance indicators for department employees and monitor their outcomes.
• Monitor work performance, identify gaps, and collaborate with supervisors to enhance employee development.
• Serve as a committee member to evaluate performance during the probationary period and for promotions, as well as investigate employee misconduct.
• Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and regulations.
