Product Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the project management to manage the project or the new product development timeline to ensure that planning and launching are on time.
• Assign and manage the workload of team members.
• Manage maintenance projects and support the development team.
• Research and analyze insights by identifying needs and new technologies.
• Analyze the product portfolio and suggest new product development/improvement, and discontinued products.
• Act as a bridge between the customer and the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Manage a team to identify new products and set up and drive the product roadmap.
• Coach and support the development of team members.
• Interview new team members and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Overseeing the product development team in any field.
• Work closely with the management team to establish the project or product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Up to 16 years of experience in management, software development management, and team leadership within a software development environment.
• Proficient in using at least two languages, Java and .NET, and other relevant languages.
• Proficient in using Oracle Database or PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in the SDLC Model Process.
• Proficient in Hardware and Network.
• Project Management: Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Enjoy learning new technologies.
• Highly responsible, diligent, patient, and creative thinker.
• Have a positive attitude towards work and can work well under pressure.
