Real Estate Marketing Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for all marketing activities: website and content management, social media, online marketing planning. Build brand awareness. - Coordinate renovation project with contractors and designers etc. - Field survey and site visit. - Manage the executions of all digital communication plans to support the campaign and build brand awareness. - Correspond with realtors and tenants. - And other assigned tasks as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Communicates well in English (in reading and writing) - Responsible person, multi-task, service minded, easy to work with as a team - Bachelor Degree or Professional degree. With marketing background or Niti Juristices' Person background is a plus - Good in computer literacy (MS Office and other relates programs) - Thai nationality
