Admin Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Preparing expense report and Office budgets - Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; order replacement supplies as needed such as computer, name card, company shirt etc. - Systematically filling and keeping important company documents. - Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters, packages and etc. - Assist and support HR & Finance - Handle operation function for social platform - Contact the building, Supplier, Vendor and related agencies - Responsible all administrative works.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. - Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access). - Comfortable handling confidential information. - Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Communication skills and Interpersonal skills - Problem solving skills and Adaptability skills - Teamwork and collaboration skills - Punctuality
