หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Financial Planning and forecasting Work closely with the leadership team to formulate short- to long-term financial and strategic plans. Design and develop the Annual Budget process, for Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures. Design and implement effective budgeting models, procedures, timeline for all functions and departments. Create financial models for pricing decisions and internal corporate decisions. Systems / Process Analyzing financial information to ensure all operations are within budget. Presenting annual budgets to senior management. Coordinate, prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual rolling forecasts and prepare reporting on actuals vs. budgeted results, including additional ad-hoc analysis. Participate in strategic projects to improve profitability and efficiency of the company. Business partnering role to perform strategic analysis and evaluation to support business decision-making; Perform ROI analysis for new investment project where applicable. Qualifications A bachelor’s in accounting, business management, finance, or similar. At least 3+ years of experience as a budget analyst, financial analyst, or similar. Excellent written communication Knowledge & Skills A keen eye for details An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude Strong communication skills Knowledge of MS Excel, especially pivot tables, charts and advanced formulas Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting practices
