- Responsible for Sales and Marketing Management with the plan to grow up and existing Sales business - Appraising sales' status and indentifying the competitor's edge and their strategies and recognizing new market opportunities and foreseeing the success. - Obtain annual sales target and monitor Sales department's KPIs adherence. - Develop & maintain business plans regarding after sales in close cooperation with the Sales Managers and team. - Leadership of key initiatives and coordination of delegated tasks and activates within team.
