Create human resource database and employee’s job description and competency. Manage and evaluate employee performances, crate office rules and regulation Analyze, evaluate, submit human resource management and development report. Responsible for employee performance evaluation system improvement. Update annual employee performance guideline. Manage employee placement, Promotion, Transferring, Welfare Management. Crate internal communication plan to build a good relationship in the organization, crate activities to build bonds and work atmosphere. Internal and external coordination. Other assigned works.
