Project Manager (Sales & Marketing Housing Project)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Manage and develop sales team members to have the capability to perform their duties. •Track and manage the movement of sales, transfers and cost of sales as a whole of the product group. •Plan a strategy. and drive the success of sales in various projects •Coordinate with internal and external departments for sales and service operations. •Be an agent in communicating the image. and consulting on project products •Provide services and continue activities when closing the sale. •Follow up and maintain relationships. and expand customer base •Collect individual customer feedback. to create in-depth understanding of customers •Participating in project meeting, project reviews covering procurement, production plan, deliveries & logistic. •Working closely together with other project members. •Supporting the commercial department in tender preparation and asking for the redefinition of the project’s value when necessary. •Discussing and reviewing the tendering budget with the Team and other key managers during kick-off meeting. •Pursuing the achievement of the project goals defined in the initial budget in terms of profitability and timing. •Being responsible for project management and control, from the beginning to its conclusion, periodically updating the interested departments. •Coordinating with the project design manager information necessary for Procurement department and Planning Department, Quality department and Production Department. •Coordinating with project team to arrange complete information/specification for request for quotation for procurement department. •Needing to make sure with procurement team that procured materials (except materials ordered directly from site) are meet all project requirement. •Conducting FEL scale project plans/project execution plan.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Master or Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineer. -Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in on Project Management in Construction. -At least 5 years’ experience in Engineering services or EPC project and hands-on engineering processes. -Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and priorities tasks with strict deadlines. -Possess excellent problem-solving skills with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. -Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy.
