• We are looking for a passionate Chief Marketing Officer to join our executive team. You will report directly to the CEO. Your duties will include managing all sales&marketing, operations, assessing and improving existing initiatives, and devising new strategies to increase revenue. To be successful in this role, you will be able to tailor marketing strategies to complement the organization's objectives. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills to successfully provide guidance to your team, and you will have a vast knowledge of current marketing trends. Key Responsibilities: • Analyzing product performance, competitors’ movement & product survey, market trends and opportunities • Analyze the strength and weakness in order to create the sales points of company product and responsible for Product & New Product Development • Developing, implementing and overseeing sales and marketing department • Measuring, reviewing and improving the performance and success of sales and marketing department • Establishing marketing goals and objectives and developing and managing the marketing budget • Collaborating with the product development, sales and customer service teams • Collecting data on market trends and customer buying habits to guide marketing efforts • Staying up to date with the latest marketing innovations, technologies and techniques • Recruiting, training and mentoring the sales and marketing team for improved efficiency • Plan and organizing marketing functions to align campaigns with the company’s brand image and voice • Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals • Undertake market research studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the market and customer tastes • Use research to identify likely customers for a product or service and then develop a pricing strategy that will induce them to purchase the product or service

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A master’s degree in marketing is a plus. 5+ years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility- with a focus on marketing expansion 5+ years of experience in a team management role in marketing field. Direct experience in a field of marketing communication. Experience/knowledge in Fintech, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain or Metaverse related tech Friendly Good-interpersonal skills. Cold-tempered person. Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Result oriented, self-driven, a clear focus on high quality and business. Good interpersonal skill & communication skills Strong communication.
