IT MANAGER

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the team of IT professionals
• Manage IT Operations and Support
• Manage the portfolio of the IT Systems Deployment/Improvement Projects
• Manage IT costs, resources, and contractors
• Manage local IT procedures
• Coordinate local IT Development both internally and with external contractors
• Maintain clear communication with the location management and staff
• Maintain clear communication with Central IT
• Maintain clear communication with local contractors/service providers
• Process and arrange processing of user support requests
• Create and maintain the plans, specifications, and setup lists for IT Systems deployment, operations, and support (cabling and wiring, servers, network, power supply and wiring enclosures, end-user equipment, software, etc.)
• Roll out, maintain, and repair the IT infrastructure
• Set up/revoke accesses and configure user workplaces
• Assist users as the IT expert
• Provide support and systems’ access for roaming users from other locations.
• Order the hardware and software equipment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• TCP/IP + Windows LAN (part of multinational WAN) administration, understanding IT security and safety, backups
• Proficient MS Windows / Office , internet-related and common local business-related applications
• Proficient HPE servers, regular desktop and mobile hardware
• Good awareness of LAN structured cabling standards
• Basic network equipment skills - Cisco, WAN connection equipment
• Basic PBX / packet telephony (IP-phone/Skype/etc.) knowledge
• Linux experience is a plus for further development
• 2+ years in equal position or a position of the only IT specialist
• Self-organized, positive, time-managing person
• Good common sense and willingness to make ‘complex things simpler’
• Strong sense of responsibility and high level of attentiveness
• ***Fluent spoken and written English***
