Work follows all standard sequence & procedure of all tasks (F&B service standard)
Understand all details of food and beverage in restaurant
Perform and align all service standard
Using software for working such as menu details, price, and related data (POS Respo)
Beverage making in accordance with recipe standard
Monitor and record daily par stocks after close shift with accuracy
Conduct all summary reports of food and beverage dep. (Use software and generate with new format design)
Ensure hygiene and safety management in all process

Able to use Microsoft Office (hotel software is plus)
Either sensory, sommelier, cicerone or barista skills are preferentially considered
